Missing Student’s Friends Continue To Stonewall: “Leave Hadar and I Out of This”

As the parents of missing Indiana student Lauren Spierer try to compel her friends to speak-up, students continue to evade questioning about what may have happened to the 20-year-old woman from Westchester County, NY.

“Leave Hadar and I out of this,” Blair Wallach, a former roommate of Lauren’s told TonyGatto.com. Wallach is referring to a current roommate of Spierer’s, Hadar Tamir, who has voluntarily made herself available for interviews with other news organizations. TonyGatto.com has never contacted nor communicated with Tamir.

Hadar Tamir, (left), partying with other Indiana Students

Among Tamir’s public remarks are two pieces of information that have raised eyebrows — both involving a mutual friend of Tamir and Spierer — Jason Rosenbaum.  Tamir says it was Lauren who made a mysterious 4:15 a.m. phone call from Rosenbaum’s phone and that it was Rosenbaum who was last to see Lauren, at 4:30am, walking away from his home.

Wallach made several media appearances in the days after Spierer’s disappearance on June 3, including
interviews on Fox News and WIBC Radio in Indianapolis.

In response to an offer from TonyGatto.com to come forward, anonymously, with information. Wallach replied, “You have put false names out in the media. Leave Hadar and I out of this and do not contact me.” Wallach did not elaborate on what she meant by “false names.”

Wallach is just one of a number of Spierer’s friends who were contacted by TonyGatto.com

“She was watching the basketball game”, is all that was offered by a business school student who lives in the same apartment building as Spierer.  Spierer is believed to have watched Game 2 of the NBA playoffs with a group of young men who are persons of interest in her disappearance.  In an example of how students are motivated more to protect each other than answer questions about Lauren, the student added, “Half my roommates were already home for the summer.”

Charlene Spierer, the missing girl’s mother, has castigated her daughter’s friends and acquaintances for not coming forward with information, “What are you waiting for?” she asked. “I am extremely disappointed by the fact that only one of Lauren’s friends have called the Bloomington Police Department with information.”

Whether it’s police, the family or the media, it seems many students just don’t want to be bothered..  All students contacted by TonyGatto.com have been offered anonymity to provide any piece of information that may be helpful.  Instead, our queries are met with arrogant declarations, as in this cryptic message from a student, “You know nothing please don’t contact me.”

When asked about the lack of cooperation by Spierer’s friends, Bloomington police Capt. Joe Qualters described the situation as, “Curious, perplexing, disturbing and unfortunate.”

  1. Was that picture of Tamir taken after Lauren’s disappearance?

  2. This message it to Blair as I know you will read this – Be that friend you have always been to Lauren. Share the details you know about the night either with the Spierers or anonymously . You’re in college and we understand the lifestyle, we’re not judgemental (we’ve all been there) but we need to know the details to help your friend and her family. Be the BFF that you are to Lauren. This will tear you apart and change you for the rest of your life if you don’t say something. What you don’t think you know you may know. Just talk.

    • Blair is a aquaintance of my daughters (my daughter is not an IU student). she (blair) was in NY not bloomington on the 3rd what could she know?

  3. Well, this is not surprising. To the students in Lauren’s social circles this entire situation, especially the Spierer’s public agony, is one big buzzkill. I’m sure I’m sure there is even some resentment for Lauren herself amongst these vapid characters for throwing a spotlight on their reckless, self-absorbed party lives.

  4. Can police question them nad extract the information if they are POIs? THis is something that commonly happens, friends cover up for friends and don’t come forward, no one wants to get involved. Also their parents may have told them to clam up.

  5. “In an example of how students are motivated more to protect each other than answer questions about Lauren, the student added, “Half my roommates were already home for the summer.””

what does the quote from the student mean without a time reference? By when were they “already home for the summer”?

  6. Its hard to know what to think – we don’t know what has really transpired between the ‘friends’ and the police – maybe they have been more forthcoming than the cops are saying – maybe they are stonewalling; the police will play this the most advantageous way they can in order to build a solid case against those responsible. BUT it does seem most of the so called friends seem pretty despicable and extremely self centered. I hope none of them are planning on coming back to IU in the fall – they will NOT find it a welcoming environment

  7. I don’t know any of these girls. Something that puzzled me was I had seen someone tweet to Blair offering help to pay for her flight to come to Bloomington to help search. She responded by saying “she has it all covered from here for now” – I assume that meant back in NY. I did see her appear on Fox News.

If this was my friend, I would be there searching and comforting her family. Twitter is not going to help find her.

  8. By false names, I think she means that for every one of the students/friends named in articles or POI, are all names that are wrongly accusing them of something they had nothing to do with—thus, sending messages with false names. Not the best way of describing what she means but she is young and probably overwhelmed. This is one lived/living experience that she is definitely learning from…

  9. Tony, I am praying for you and your family as you exhaust your efforts in the endeavors of this difficult task of finding answers to Lauren’s disappearance. I don’t know when I have ever witnessed such a coldness in individuals at the loss of a friend. I have yet to see a shed tear in the cameos of any of these girls. Everyone is focusing on these men; but I have to wonder if any of the young ladies were involved. Lauren was a beautiful petite, blonde hair ~ blue eyed doll. Jealousy is a very wicked foe.

  10. They all know what happened. It is so obvious and their stories are starting to cave in around them.

  11. from http://www.lohud.com/article/20110626/NEWS01/106260388/Lauren-Spierer-search-nets-few-leads?odyssey=tab%7Ctopnews%7Ctext%7CNews :

Spierer’s roommate, Hadar Tamir, who was with her at Smallwood Plaza until Spierer left with Rohn at 12:30 a.m., said she’s told police everything she knows. She says her female friends have told police what they know as well.
“I know us girls have told them everything we know,” Tamir said, “and we wish there was more to tell. But we just don’t know much about what happened since we weren’t there that night, unfortunately.”

What Tamir does know, she said, is that she spent much of the day and night with Spierer on June 2. They were just hanging out.

At about 12:30 a.m., Spierer left with Rohn and they headed to Rosenbaum’s apartment up the street. They were joined there by Rossman and Beth, who live two doors down from Rosenbaum.

Another friend from Rosenbaum’s hometown was also staying at the apartment, said Tamir, who has spoken to Rohn and Rosenbaum.

Capt. Qualters did not respond to inquiries Friday about whether police were aware of, or had interviewed, Rosenbaum’s visitor.

Based on accounts from Tamir, authorities and lawyers involved in the case, the night unfolded as follows:

Rosenbaum had already run out of alcohol by the time Spierer and Rohn got to the apartment, according to Tamir.

Rohn asked Spierer to go back to Smallwood at about 1:30 a.m.; but she said she was going to Kilroy’s Sports Bar.

Spierer and Rossman went to Kilroy’s. Rohn went back to Smallwood, Tamir said.

Spierer and Rossman left the bar around 2:30 a.m. — and Spierer walked out without her cellphone and without her shoes.

They walked back to Spierer’s building where Rossman had an altercation with other students.

One student punched Rossman in the face. His lawyer, Carl Salzman, said that caused Rossman to have no recollection of what happened after that.

Rossman, who had been arrested in October for public intoxication, was on a no-trespass list at Smallwood.

Spierer and Rossman left Smallwood at about 2:45 a.m. and headed to his apartment.

While walking through the alley between 10th and 11th streets at about 2:50 a.m., Spierer dropped her keys. The video of her — and Rossman — in the alley is the last sighting that police can confirm.

Rossman’s roommate, Mike Beth, put him to bed, according to Beth’s lawyer, Ronald Chapman.
Spierer left the apartment and went to Rosenbaum’s.

Tamir said Rosenbaum told her he tried to stop Spierer from leaving, that he wanted her to sleep on the couch. Using Rosenbaum’s phone, Spierer called Rohn to find out if he knew where her cell phone was.

Rohn didn’t answer a call he received around 4:15 a.m., said Chapman, who had represented Rohn in a public intoxication case.

Rosenbaum told police he watched Spierer leave his building, rounding a corner onto North College Avenue.

Police have not found video that confirms that.

Several hours later, Wolff reported her missing after someone at Kilroy’s called him to say Spierer left her phone there. He got the phone and then checked Spierer’s apartment.

But there was no sign of her.

  12. The BPD will need to offer immunity to these friends if the want to solve this case. Yes, Laurens friends know more but the price they will have to pay, far outweighs doing the right thing. If it were my daughter I would discuss immunity with BPD- Id want closure..

  13. I was at Kilroy’s yesterday and was surprised to see that much of the bar has sand for a floor (like a beach) and was also told by an employee they have mutliple video cameras there. Just some additional information. Taking your shoes off might not be extraordinary at that bar.

  14. To Blair and Hadar,

Please stop calling Lauren your best friend. You are not Lauren’s best friend. I lost my best friend of 21 years tragically in March of this year. She is still my best friend. Since she left behind a husband and 1 day old son, I have had to work harder to be a best friend since she died. Again, you are not Lauren’s best friend. You aren’t even being a friend.

  15. http://jayrosenbaumneedstotalk.wordpress.com/

things just got heavy – i think the site came up just this morning

  16. http://jayrosenbaumneedstotalk.wordpress.com/
    found from phantasytour.com forum posting…

  17. http://m.indystar.com/localheadlines/article?a=2011106260358&f=1242

Good article on the Spierer case.

A couple of questions regarding stories posted on this site that conflict with what BPD are acknowledging:

    1) The story that Lauren was thrown out of Kilroys at 12:30 June 3rd. That she was alone there and not with Rossman or anyone when this occurred. That conflicts with what HT said occurred early that morning. Tony what has come of this?

    2) The mystery man at 3:38. Police acknowledged this account but could confirm, bc it conflicts with the 5 North witness statements. Who is more trustworthy at this point – someone who had nothing to do with this (bar manager) or dudes who were all messed up booze, coke and Xanax?

I can’t believe that the PBD, FBI or State police have NOTHING!!! Is it that easy to get away ith murder?!?!?

  18. I can’t believe these kids wouldn’t want to talk to an unknown blogger who recently posted a blown-up image of the white truck with the headline “What Do You See In This Picture!”

Come on, Tony, don’t pretend this means anything more than it does. If you were less of a sensationalist and more professional, perhaps you’d be able to get people to talk to you.

  19. All of these students must now face the reality that they no longer operate as they did before June 3. That life is over. The university, police department, FBI, and lawyers representing “friends” will treat them only as suspects, not students. Nothing will make this go away.

For students who know something there is one solution. Tell the authorities what you know now. Time is not in your favor. The more time that passes, the more time for a case to be built against you, probably by one of your “friends” you are risking everything to cover for right now.

  20. Apparently, Tony Gatto’s reporting strategy is this: Promise people anonymity, but flame them by name publicly if they don’t accept your offer. Good job. I’m sure people will want to talk to you now that you called out someone by name and basically accused them of withholding information.

This is a serious story, Tony. It needs no sensationalism, yet you can’t seem to constrain yourself from creating tabloid-style posts. You’ve shown promise as someone who will work hard to get information, but whatever work you’ve done is soiled by posts like these.

    • I appreciate your constructive criticism. If no agreement is reached on anonymity, then any comments made are on the record. She went on TV and Radio and has no assumption of anonymity. She also accused me of lying and was arrogant. I understand that you didn’t like my tactic. And I don’t think I am sensationalizing (please turn on Cable TV or your local news) and you don’t need to tell me of the seriousness of the matter, being that I have spent nearly three weeks in Bloomington, covering the story. I’m glad you see promise, I will try to live up to your expectations.

  21. PS: If you think that your “friends” who know something will not abandon you as things get tougher from the authorities, read this article again. The self-protecting comments made by the individuals in this story will be the same ones they use against you in the future.

    Report what you know now.

  22. Interesting it has never been mentioned before that jay had a friend visiting from his hometown. Which home town-Detroit or New Jersey?
Male or female? Are they protecting this person and are they a person of interest as well- Cuz they haven’t named 10 we can assume who some of them are. So Lauren goes to Jays to preparty- Now the details that Jay was out of alcohol-so he asks lauren to go to smallwood. Im assuming he didnt ask lauren to go home. He either asked her to go home to get more alcohol or maybe there is a smallwood store? She leaves with Rossman and goes to kilroys-Jay asks Rohn to go to smallwood. I’m sure he didn’t ask Rohn to go home So lets assume Rohn goes home to get some alcohol- and HE COMES BACK! After that whle escapade with Rossman- Lauren ends up back at Rosenbaums. So think for a minute. Why would Lauren call Rohn from Jays phone to see if he knew where her phone was. She only walked with him to Rosenbaums. And rumor has it that she was looking for another drug hit using her phone via text at the bar. And if she wanted to look for her phone at Rosenbaums she was already there. Why wouldn’t she call Rossman or Beth about her phone cuz she supposedly stopped there. Maybe the call was really made by jay to Rohn as a signal about something. Rumor has it Jay did not have access to his car that night-why is that? But David did. If Rosenbaums friend is from Detroit- maybe he brought bad drugs-we just had DEMF here and someone died taking bad ectasy.

    • Yeah, these JRneedstotalk and IndyStar links sure are interesting.

I’ve had this question/feeling from the beginning (about another person at JR’s apt). I felt like someone hadn’t been mentioned yet. I was wondering if JR had a roommate. One reason is that, very early on, they said “Rossman was not the last to see her”… I think they said “3 o 4″ others saw her later. Now, we know about MB and JR. But…who else? I’m so curious who the friend is because I’ve had some version of a name in my head from early on in this thing. But no one has matched it so far. And, re: JR and his car…I have no CLUE if this is true…but…someone said to me that he does at least HAVE a car.

    • Maybe the call was to say, “we got rid of her. Everything is fine”

  23. Thank you Tony for the work you do!!!

  24. Apparently, the definition of ‘friend’ has changed drastically with the use of facebook. Did LS even have any friends – as in real friends? Anyone?

    • People who live this lifestyle use each other for a good time … to say they have “true friends” would not be accurate … when TSHTF you can see that these types of people run like cockroaches and bailout faster than anyone.

  25. Hi I was thinking about the altercation at the apartment complex. Now do we know what that that wad about? I really Lauren didnt get involved…I mean not even saying something to them? Who were these guys? Its possible they have some connection to the drugs the the group was using? I think that group of people that got into the altercation with them should be checked out!

  26. Why do the police keep saying that everyone has cooperated when they obviously haven’t all cooperated? The police are either corrupt or extremely stupid. It sounds like they have no follow up questions. This is a soap opera so we need someone who knows the facts down to the minute and can ask good follow questions. Someone who actually cares about finding this girl. The police seem like they don’t care and they probably don’t even know all the facts. You have to know the facts to know the follow up questions to ask. They should get someone from california to come in and interrogate these guys.
Someone who is experienced with murders.

  27. To me, this whole thing reeks of organized crime. I can’t believe you guys don’t see it.

  28. Tony reported, “Instead, our queries are met with arrogant declarations, as in this cryptic message from a student, ‘You know nothing please don’t contact me.’”

Well, this is an almost true statement from that student, but it is not all true. We do know some things. We do know that Lauren is still missing, that there is an astounding lack of clues, and that it does not appear that all involved have been sufficiently forthcoming.

You see, here’s the rub: If all involved had been honest and open, investigators certainly would have cleared them by now, and that fluid persons-of-interest list would have been whittled down by now. At last reported count it was up to ten. That is an astounding number of bff-s who have suddenly decided to go silent.

Allow me to pause to be fair. Some may indeed have advised the investigators of what they know, and some have even may have provided theories of what happened, but of this, it is true, we “know nothing.” But, still, these individuals remain persons of interest, do they not? Hmmmm.

I suspect that when all is said and done, it shall be within this group of bff-s that we shall gain the insight needed to lay this matter to rest. Many, many, many cases are solved by the wagging of tongues, and with the obvious constant presence of alcohol amongst this group, we should expect that those tongues shall become loosened at some point.

While waiting for that to happen shall be difficult, it is, nonetheless, only a matter of time. In the meantime, some enterprising student or local friend should seek to ply these persons of interest with an abundance of alcohol, and right before they pass out — which they are all probably prone to do — or while driving them home, proceed to ply them with probing questions concerning Lauren.

Yes, yes, it is cruel, but not illegal. The world will thank you. This “You know nothing” attitude will then dissolve as would a puff of smoke.

  29. Ok, the police saw the videos at Smallwood apts but they didn’t get the evidence until about June 8th or June 9th. About 4 or 5 days later. When they did get the evidence, they busted the doors down at smallwood. Honestly, why did they need to bust those doors down like that especially if they had already seen the footage? Why not just call the smallwood admin and have them open the doors and give them the evidence? And why did they wait 4 or 5 days to get the videos? Don’t police usually get the videos the next day or at the very latest, 2 days later?

    • Why did they wait 3 days to issue an alert about a missing person with a heart condition? Because they murdered her & have nothing to lose. Waiting 3 days is reckless homicide & criminal negligence right there. They’re all going away for life.

  30. Did the police maybe realize….oh…we better get those videos so no one thinks that we aren’t working on this. So we’ll bust the doors in and make a grand display so the public thinks we are hard at work on this case.

  31. I would recommend reading the thread on Phantasy Tour. Jesse’s roommate has answered questions, and one of Jay’s roommates has posted. Everyone seems to be attuned to the facts and there isn’t as much far fetched theories – far fetched for Bloomington. All LS’s friends seem to be Phish fans.

    • Post a link to the roommates posts please. The Phish forum is tedious to navigate.

      • Aaa.

You are right about the Phish website. I figured it out though. They archive after 499 messages. There are currently 5 parts of this thread.
Search for missing girl 1. Click on the link. It will take you to page 17. Click on page 1 and start reading. Repeat on 2,3,4,5.
Trenton is a family friend and his sister is best friends with Lauren’s sister.
Aaron is Jessee’s roommate. Those are the only two posts I would bother reading.

      • Thanks, Jenny!

      • Jenny, also Ray_Anastasio’s comments are interesting.

    • No high-powered defense lawyer is going to let his/her client post on any social networks. I would be suspect. Trust me….it’s the first thing a defense lawyer deals with a client. “Do not create any written record!”

  32. A lot of assumptions and theories, but no proof. The boring old theory that what these persons in interest have said may be true is not good enough. Really, anyone can come up with any number of scenarios.

The police made a big mistake releasing the names of some of these students. It has spooked anyone else in terms of coming forward with anything, though if anyone of them directly know something, the reason for keeping mum is pretty clear.

Right now, from what I understand, anyone in Smallwood is pretty much alibied by the surveillance cameras. Those kids who know LS do not appear going in and out other than as they report. The boyfriend’s roommates have been questioned by the FBI and he apparently is alibied by them.

The young man LS accompanied home to 5 North and his roommate have cooperated with the police, had their place, cars, selves searched and their lawyers, parent and selves are satisfied enough that they stuck around despite adverse reactions from peers and some stalking by media.

That leaves the last ones who admit to seeing LS. No proof to make them suspect other than being the last ones to see her. Absolutely none. Maybe LS did not leave at 4:30 as said, maybe she did. No proof either way. But you can’t legally book someone for being the person who you know as the last one to admit seeing her. A lot of things could have happened after they did see her.

If LS did indeed leave at 4:30 AM, really anyone who is accounted for could have taken her, or she could have gone with some one. Since she is not videotape after a certain time, nothing is 100% as to where she was when with whom, but there are some kids who have back up as to being in place during that crucial time. Without proof that they were not, the police have nothing.

Really, what can these friends do or say, if LS were taken by some lone person and they truly have no idea who it could be?

At this point, that is really the crucial question, who truly was the last one who saw Lauren and knows what happened to her?

As to any of them talking to the press or anyone, that is up to them. I wouldn’t talk to anyone and LS’s roommate has really said more than she should have said as it is. The FBI and police have asked all those questioned to keep any info about LS and the case to themselves. Even the searchers are requested to keep info to themselves and have to sign a statement about that. So there aren’t going to be many if any people giving out info. Those with lawyers have certainly been told not to say a thing.

If LS had any real friends, and I don’t know if she did, the boyfriend should be one of them. The roommate is not necessarily one of them. She clearly was not with her girl friends that night and if those guys she was with, were her friends, they were spaced out and have already been questioned to the max . IF, they indeed have no other info to give and IF others who knew Lauren have nothing that can help, then is is not curious, puzzling or problematic. It is no mystery at all why those who are directly involved have not stepped forward. They have made the decision to take the chance that they will not get caught (and I am using plural even though it could be a singular person). It is entirely possible that no one knows what happened any more than we do.

    • I don’t think BPD has officially released any names of persons of interest. Some persons who know them have posted their names on social media and given their names to reporters. When Lauren was first reported missing, her Facebook page was not inactivated for a few days and during that time anyone could see that she was in a relationship with JW.

    • But Rosenbaum legally murdered her. Her story makes no sense. Either she left before 3:38 & was carried down College or she left at 4:30 & went down the alley. This lie, plus the fact that he knows about the purse & all the planted evidence, makes him 100% complicit in & responsible for, anything the cops did to her & all their felonious actions afterward.

Legally, Jay Rosenbaum is a murderer who is up to eyeballs in organized crime. That is a fact. Let’s not act like there’s no blood on his hands, because even if there isn’t, legally, he murdered her.

  33. I have been reading several message boards since the beginning. I have no doubt that LS died of a drug/alcohol OD in Jay Rosenbaum’s apartment.

    • Totally agree Jenny. And he disposed if her by dumping her down the trash chute in his building. They should be looking for her at the local landfill.

      • Jessa,

Why do you think he put her in the trash chute? Bloomington also has trash pick up Monday through Thursday. I don’t know what day is trash pick up for 5 North, but she would have been missing several days before the trash would be picked up.

      • Jenny, only because they didn’t seem to have access to cars, no one saw any weird outside activity with JR or anyone related in the hours before she was reported missing, and there was a case in NJ where a kid in a dorm ended up down a trash chute and found in a landfill. Since you say there’s no garbage pickup Friday morning, maybe that throws out my theory. I’m thinking of the quickest way to get rid of a small body with minimal logistics.

      • What about the construction site there? Surely, there was/were dumpsters.

      • I thought the trash idea as well at first. If his pickup was Friday, it would go unnoticed since she had not been reported missing. I checked the city sanitation website and it says Monday to Thursday. I tried to put in an address from 5 North to see what the specific trash day is. It did not give me one.

      • 5 North doesn’t have trash chutes…he would have had to walk out the front door.

    • You may have no doubts but the police do. He is not even a suspect. Not enough evidence and too many other possibilities.

There are limited scenarios as to what happened in that she either left 5 North the way the witness says, or she did not. But there are many possibilities as to who did anything with her.

As for fitting into any bags, my 6 footer who is a bean pole but nonetheless 6 ‘ tall, can fit into one of those bags and scrunch himself to an amazingly small size. For Halloween, he and his friends did a spooky scene in creepy flowy costumes rising up from a bag. Amazing how small you can scrunch yourself. And Lauren is so tiny anyways.

Most of those kids have those cheap rollaway bags that can be zipped to a huge size or to smaller sizes. Very easy to put anything in there including a body and easy to wheel.

But if someone just happened to drive by and see a barefooted whoozy blond walking alone, he could just get her in the car in an instant and take her anywhere.

The police can’t just grab someone without evidence and there just is not enough to do more than question L’s friends. That it is usually someone close to the victim that turns out having done her/him harm makes any of those with contact with her that night or possible contact, persons of interest, but no further than that.

      • “As for fitting into any bags, my 6 footer who is a bean pole but nonetheless 6 ‘ tall, can fit into one of those bags and scrunch himself to an amazingly small size. For Halloween, he and his friends did a spooky scene in creepy flowy costumes rising up from a bag. Amazing how small you can scrunch yourself. And Lauren is so tiny anyways. ”

K, apparently it works with a large bag. But then you still have to get rid of that. And you’re not carrying around a 90 pound bag – no way. So, she would have to be taken somewhere and dropped right there. Any ideas?

    • Back door, actually, which leads to the dumpsters. He didn’t dump her body there on a Friday morning so it could sit there until early Tuesday.

  34. Funny how Tony deletes comments critical of his reporting tactics but allows conspiracy freaks to keep sputtering nonsense about police informants. And then he wonders why POIs won’t talk to him.

  35. Tony,
Have you seen this and/or checked this out? This is a set of comments posted in response to a blog post….here is the link:

    http://silentsender.blogspot.com/2011/06/lauren-spierer-missing-send-anonymous.html?showComment=1308988723790#c5842697696989379915

    The comment reads:
” I’m sending this anonymously because I don’t want to accuse anyone based on info read on comments and blogs (all of which has not been confirmed by the police). Just something I noticed and wanted to pass on without posting on a public site.

I read somewhere that the name of the guy who punched Corey Rossman was Zach Oakes. I pulled up his facebook account, clicked on photos (no privacy block)…the 7th photo shows someone (I think it’s ZO) passed out in a steak n shake parking lot. Notice the car in the photo — a white chevy truck. Also, notice the tag on the photo — Arjun Babu. Check out the photos of AB on his profile and the photos of him in ZOs album. Does he match the description of the mystery man (tonygatto.com)? It seems like they are good friends from the pics in ZOs profile. I have no idea, and I don’t know if ZO was the “puncher” or if there really is a “mystery man”, but I just thought someone should check it out. So much unconfirmed chatter… Please find Lauren!”

“ZO is a short punk, a dealer, a convicted felon, etc etc etc…..AND ETC. HUGE chip on those steriod shoulders (albiet small shoulders) and of yea, an IU student..did I mention he has been kicked out out his frat and smallwood and is friend with there other guys involved.”

I have been addicted to your site, Tony, for days now….I’m desperate for someone to find Lauren and get her back to her parents….(I’m from Tennessee, and I also have been hoping and praying that they would find Holly Bobo who disappeared over a month ago). At any rate, has any of this been investigated? I know they decided that the truck wasn’t of importance, but is there any crazy possibility that more than one truck could have passed by that night? I’m sure I’m missing something or failing to address some angle—I’m not very logical in my thought process or approach. But I’m so burdened by this case….

    • You need to send this info to police especially if you saved the SnS photo you mentioned since photos for both have been now set to private.

      • I jump around from site to site looking for anything on Lauren….hoping for some new bit of news….I just happened to read this on a post after-the-fact…the person who posted it did so anonymously….but surely law enforcement could get around the security measures for facebook, right? Also, I’m hoping if Tony believes anything to be shared on here as valuable, that he will share it with the appropriate individuals (I think he’s done so before). I will be happy, though, to forward a copy of the post to law enforcement if anyone thinks it’s valuable— I assume I can find their contact info online…

      • There seems to be a guy in the Facebook photo of “jay Rosenbaum needs to talk” that fits the description of the “mystery man” tall, dark skin, side burns.

Search Zachary Oakes as defendant on this site. He has some history with law enforcement.

  36. I am starting to believe that Corey Rossman’s memory loss is true. He was drinking and/or doing drugs that night. Zach punched him in the elevator which would have probably made him hit the back of his head on the wall of the elevator.

  37. After reading so many sites and information, I believe this was a prank gone terribly wrong. I think all of the guys involved were members or knew members of AEPi fraternity. From readings, this fraternity is known to drop off pledges in the middle of no where and expect them to find their way back home. I think this is the premise for this case. I believe these guys led Lauren on a drunken stupor that night with booze and drugs. She was sooo out of it that she would not remember where they were taking her. Lauren was supposed to find her way home. Unfortunately, it has not turned out that way. I hpe she is safe and is found soon. If I was the police, I would start with finding members of AEPi fraternity and asking them where places are where they take pledges. As a father with a daughter, this is sad. The prank is over. Please come forward with any information.

  38. Bryan Holloway or others that know Bloomington well….

Are there local rivers in Bloomington that are accessible from major roads? How about on 37? If someone had a suitcase and threw it from an overpass into a river.

    • When you drive up 37N and cross through martinsville to get on 67 you cross a river, I may be mistaken but I believe it’s the white river.

  39. I keep hearing that suitcase thing – now I can’t help but post. Most suitcases these days have airline approved measurements. You can’t fit a person in them – not even at 90 pounds. There are larger suitcases on the market. But why would you have any of those? They don’t even fit in a trunk (let alone the trunk of a ‘cool’ car) – and they are hard to handle.
And even IF a person could fit in a standard sized one – any of those Chinese suitcase handles gonna hold 90 pounds? Wheels would cave in? How would you hoist that up? Pretty awkward to handle. Much easier to lift a person not being packed in a suitcase.
    ……. just a thought ….

    • I just used suitcase as a word. I have actually heard duffle bag mentioned by 2 posters. See the post below. I can’t believe nobody commented on it. It is too specific. I sent to the police several days ago.

Frankly, the appeals to conscience are a waste of time, in my opinion. Whoever did this is either a psychopath who doesn’t care, or someone who is so afraid of the consequences, and the consequences are going to be very dire for anyone who steps up and takes blame for this if Lauren is indeed dead. They are going to be bandied by the media, be scorned by almost all, lose their footing on where they are in life, cost their family their life savings, and probably end up doing a lot of hard time in jail. I think more than an appeal to take the high road is needed. If someone confesses to all of this, there is only going to be a terrible low road for that person. Maybe, just maybe, s/he can get away with this, since the body is not found and the police are not able to really make moves towards anyone. Lie low and keep quiet and no proof of anything may come out.

What would any of you do if your highly promising, much beloved college kid tells you that s/he provided drugs that L consumed and then had an attack and died, and that s/he put the body in a garbage bag and then in a large wheeled duffle bag and threw it into the river.
That both bags are now totally disposed of. Any DNA of L would not be an issue since she has been at that apt and in the car before. Clearly no one saw the car leave the premises that morning. To admit to this will cause a storm and the kid will probably do a lot of hard time, not to mention the cost to the parents. The reward money wouldn’ t even make a dent in what the defense costs would be,not to mention the scathing publicity that will occur.

Though L ‘s parents did a great job in looking for her and getting national attention in the event she was alive and around these first few weeks, it is now to their detriment. Maybe, maybe, maybe, if this were done on a smaller more private scale, someone will ‘fess up. No way now. Most people would take their chances that they will not get caught at this point and if they are, it cannot be proven to the point of any conviction. The solace of doing the right thing and coming forward will not be any help in the storm such an involved person would suffer if s/he did.

      • Thanks. “g” posts have been a thorn in my side for a while now. There is a very consistent mention of dire consequences. Which is total nonsense, since legal matters are absolutely not predictable. There is too much procedural stuff involved. And a person with knowledge may not be guilty of anything at all. I first indirectly replied to those posts, with no results. Then directly.

And as far as the DNA goes, yep, time takes a toll. But, consider, that if L died of an overdose, time will also take a toll on possible toxicology tests. The longer it takes, the harder it will be for a defense lawyer to argue an accidental overdose.

I would admire a person speaking up. But I hope for prosecution to the max if the culprit/s are apprehended without someone speaking up.

      • As a mother, I have raised my children to take the high road, no matter what the consequences are. I love them both with everything in my being. If by chance it was accidental then why in the world would the parents, family or friends allow this person or persons to have this hanging over their head? Embarrassement from public humiliations? Is the money and elite society level that much more important then the honesty the victims family deserves?

If this is the case, I would expect them to come forward, admit guilt to the drugs and tell where the body can be located.

Does Lauren’s parents deserve this pain of not knowing where their baby is due to the selfishness of others so their child can rise in society?

I suppose the level in society that allows another to suffer must always end with the almighty dollar as the end prize.

These children are already sufferring the chastising of the media. Their families are feeling the humiliation by having their names run through internet postings, news segments and messages. You would think they would rather put an end to this and move onto recovery…

    • A, come on now. “why would you have any of those”….I don’t know about you but I am a traveler, for great lengths of time. I check my luggage for a reason; it’s too big!

  40. Anybody reading the phish blog? Bringing up the names Zach Oakes & Arjun Babu who both recently put teir facebooks on private. Zach is supposedly the one who punched Corey and lives right at 10 & College and Arjun as well. Zach is rumored to be the big dealer on campus. Arjun is supposed to fit the description of dark skinned similar height and long thin sideburns and chiseled features.

  41. Forgot to mention: Anjun was also at the Indy 500 that Lauren, Tamir, and Corey all attended.

  42. Jenny,

that is the problem. There are so many secluded areas around bloomington, thats why I tried to zone in on what would be the quickest, easiest route ot if town, taking non busy roads at around 4am. I would still check out the 7-11 on the hill and see if you can see makes and models of cars around that time frame, to me, abduction or od, that is the route out of town. I hate to say stuff like this, but if it was a quick dump of a body, it was either a familiar place to the person dropping her, or it was out of convience and she was dropped in the first secluded place possible, either way, thinking about it makes me really sad.

    • Bryan,

I think they need to focus on going north out of town. Flying in and out of Indy, I think they would be most familiar driving north on 37.

  43. Tony, I’m curious…how long will you dedicate your efforts to finding Lauren and getting to the bottom of all of this?

  44. Is it possible for a car to drive along the path LS might have been taking as the witness describes, and be undetected by surveillance cameras?\

I would like to do a recreation of events using the same times on an early Friday morning, same location and see how quickly and easily someone can scoop up a walker along that path, or not.

If it’s that easy, then it is a definite possibility that cannot be discounted. Just bad luck that this time, a young, tiny, lone girl is picked up by someone who happens to be going by and sees her as easy prey.

There were a number of other women walking around alone in the early morning hours in that neighborhood as well. Are they all on the cameras? Would it have been possible to walk from 5 North to Smallwood without getting caught on camera? At what point would a camera have to have gotten you, if any?

    • G,
Well, that was a 360. You have been posting for weeks telling people not to come forward. Don’t risk getting in trouble to paraphrase your comments. Nobody believes this was a random abduction. The guilt is obviously getting to you. COME FORWARD WITH YOUR INFORMATION!

      • I don’t have any info. Computer chairing it. Have never been to Bloomington, don’t personally know anyone in this scenario. But a lot of IU kids in my area and LS’s family does not live far either, so there is a lot of buzz about what happened.

I have had , have and will have kids in college, so this hits close to me.

      • Not a 360, but a 180. Jus sayin…

    • What makes you think she could walk?

  45. “There were a number of other women walking around alone in the early morning hours in that neighborhood as well.” ………. really? ….. who?

  46. I am not stuck on any theory. I can see how the police are stymied. Statistically, in cases like this, the person closest, which would be the boyfriend ends up being the one who is guilty. And, I know that the authorities are focusing on him, getting statements from his roommates and scrutinizing his movements.

However, that she was also with a group of others with reputations for rowdiness, drinking ,etc, and with her heart condition and having imbibed herself, L’s companions that evening could also be involved.

But again, there is no proof, and that her last witness has her walking alone, it leaves another possibility that someone either known or not to her having had an opportunity to be with her and possibly being the culprit.

Though it is possible (Westchester teens did try to hide the circumstances of an injured young man during an illicit drinking party with the young man dying) that this is a group cover up, it seems to me to be more likely that it is a single man act. Though these college kids may not come forward with their tales of drugging, drinking and dealing, I don’t think any of them would help another in disposing of a body. That is an awfully big line to cross.

But I did not see from day 1 of my attention to this case, that a bunch of friends would come offering information about the type of activities that were happening in that area. As for their parents, they are afraid that there would be a preponderance of circumstantial evidence against their kids and under no circumstances would they have them offer information unless it were something of the sort that would most likely save her life.

I belong to a parents blog for college students and posed the question as what would they do if their kids were involved in this sort of thing or if they seemed to have residual involvement, and every single response said that they would want attorney’s guidance. Their kids are too important to them to take the chance that they would be in trouble. So to say that anyone who steps up will not be hit with a media blitz and could have charges levied (even without direct involvement in what happened with LS) is addressing situation. Why do you think those parents and kids are not lined up there to tell the authorities absolutely everything they know about relationships and the scene in Bloomington at that time? Most of the families are well connected through Hillel, Israel, temple, camps and other outside group other than being IU students’ parents. They are all very similar in many respects, and it could just as easily have been their child that disappeared. They are smart, well to do, well informed people. So to state the reason why is an obvious fact.

Two women, at least, have come up that were walking home in the early morning of June 3rd. But neither saw any sign of anything to do with Lauren.

  47. As far as I’m concerned, they are facing the public scrutiny right NOW. Acting funny, making strange statements. Their so well meaning parents might as well find different colleges for them to continue. Every professor, every adviser, student, police officer, name it – will recognize their names and the fact that they acted like anything but a helpful friend to Lauren. This shred of suspicion won’t vanish.

Seems to me it would be much easier to get a lawyer (apparently money isn’t an issue), make an appointment with an investigator, have all questions asked and their name cleared.
Why is that so hard? Because of drug and alcohol use? How is that provable by now? Even worse – why does anyone think this behavior will stop in the future and they won’t get caught for it down the line anyway?
Pitiful and bizarre behavior of the persons of interest and their parents. And extremely sad and frustrating for Lauren’s family.

  48. Two of the young men have gone about their business as usual and did not even leave Bloomington, finishing up their classes. Their parents, lawyers, and they seemed to feel that they were in the clear. They have been scrutinized and given their statements, DNA, and taken polygraphs, had their apartments and cars examined.

The others have also been interviewed by the police and none are suspects. The girls who have made statements and another young man who was with LS that evening are apparently alibied both by others and by surveillance cameras for the critical period.

The fact of the matter, is that it is possible that most, all or all but one of these students may have no information to give to shed any light on what happened to LS.

    • I am absolutely convinced that you have a protective interest in one of the POIs or even someone not mentioned yet. Most likely a girl.

That’s all fine. We all want the best for our kids, nieces, nephews, grandkids, etc. But sleep over it – are you REALLY advising in the best interest? And if you were in the Spierer’s shoes, wouldn’t you want people to be open and come forward and speak, even if they do not know anything? It DOES further the investigation a lot, if investigators can start ruling out.

      Good night. :)

  49. something i think it’s kind of interesting -
supposedly the whole altercation in smallwood was Wolff’s friends (aka Zach Oakes) confronting Rossman, right?
So if Wolff & Oakes are so tight that Oakes would defend Wolff’s honor….then why are Wolff and Oakes NOT facebook friends?

I still think that altercation has more to do with this whole disappearance than they’ve alluded to.

  50. How can you say ‘fact of the matter’ – you spoke to all of them? Did you clear them? Should that not be up to the investigators? Why not get it over with.
As you said – two stayed in Bloomington and faced the storm. DNA, polygraph, examinations. They seem fine, right? Why not follow that example?

  51. I don’t understand this:

All these people interviewed. And, probably tons of witnesses at the bar…

And, the only thing that is confirmed is that she got drunk at some point.

She was around Kohn, rosenbaum, and apparently the person listed earlier on this thread. Three known cocaine dealers, and nobody can confirm anything about drugs. They had rosenbaum on a lie detector test. They have no excuse for not determining with curtainty if she did cocaine or oxycotton etc that night. If she did it’s one of those things a drunk girl would talk about. Also, if she was alone at bar for 45 minutes drinking. I highly doubt people didn’t notice her or talk to her. A cute girl alone can’t go 10 minutes at a bar alone without being bought a drink. And, if she got thrown out. That would of caused a very noticeable scene. They ALWAYS do.

Also, basketball game was over before midnight. The boyfriend… Where was he after that? Where was he after the fight? Does anybody believe he would sit back and just call laurels phone. He would have heard about it, called tamir, or gone and found her. It’s a small community during the summer when it’s less crowded. I can’t believe he sat on his hands while his girl was getting drunk with other guys who got into a fight with his friends for getting to “close” with her. Nothing ads up here.

About bags etc. Average rolling suitcase could hold a Lauren. Bags easily hold 75 pounds. She is skinny, and tiny. Would fit no problem. Also, who says body had to be disposed of that night? Missing person was reported next day, but search probably didn’t start to day after that. It’s not like K9′s were patrolling apartments at sunrise. Initial investigations before search warrants were issued could of taken days.

Id check easy pass records if there are a lot of toll highways near Bloomington. Followed by landfills. Polygraph tests are easy to beat. So I’d take those with a grain of salt.

I don’t believe in cover ups and conspiracy theory. I think ppl can learn a lesson. When you surround yourself with people with arrest records, and know respect for the law. Bad things happen. A 20 year old girl with a heart condition shouldn’t be partying with guys, let alone cocaine dealers who aren’t her boyfriend. Looks terrible in hindsight. And, the parents are to blame partially. I have friends who new her from scarsdale, and it’s well known she had huge house parties that her parents allowed. Drinking included. Can’t help feel that a few better choices from many people over the course of years could have prevented this tragedy. I prey we find her. So everybody can have a little peace.

    • Thanks for the info. I guess her parents were wrong about Lauren being a good girl. Good girls don’t throw house parties and take cocaine or hang out with criminals. Well, I’ve heard someone say that Rosenbaums dad was a multi-millionaire. Rosenbaum was filthy rich so maybe he had some really good connections like maybe police connections.

    • Only toll road in Indiana is in the northern part of the state so checking IZoom/IPass accounts wouldn’t help any since it would take four hours to get there. Nice thought though,

  52. I keep reading that Rosenbaum lives in Michigan. Does anybody know where?

  53. WOAH that facebook comment she is pure as NY snow…. Very strange!

    • I believe that is a cocaine reference

      • I’m sure you’re right that it’s a cocaine reference. Still I find it creepy-at least in retrospect-thinking that is the day that people found out Lauren was missing, she’s from NY, she could have been doing cocaine that night, and the guy who posted that as his status is the guy who punched Corey when Lauren was with him the night before…just a lot of coincidences? Probably, still strange though.

  54. He lives in West Bloomfield, MI-My hometown!

  55. What I don’t understand is if she did OD and die and the boys chose to dispose of her body, how is it possible that a bunch of drunk and high twenty-somethings managed to do it so cleanly?

Is it possible that she did leave when Rosenbaum says she did, couldn’t get into her apartment because of her lack of keys/purse, went looking for them, and was taken? But then…what about the 3:38 a.m. account? NOTHING seems to make sense!

  56. Curious Observer, It’s awfully bold to make the statements that you have, especially when it’s clear that you have so little knowledge of the area and situation. First, his name is Rohn not Kohn. If you dont know his name, how can you say that he’s a known dealer? Second, there are absolutely no toll highways near Bloomington. Not in hundreds of miles. Lastly, knowing people that supposedly know Lauren from high school does not make you an expert on the Spierer’s and it certainly doesn’t provide you solid enough info to kick two parents who are hurting while they’re down. You should be ashamed.

    • Totally agree with you here. I read that post and had a hard time even knowing what to think about the statement that the poster knows their family, after all the errors and misinformation they posted…why should we believe that? And even if it is true, I really think it’s uncalled for to start blaming parents right now no matter what.

  57. http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/mom_vs_mum_ugY7m4oec8dcMheGbA0PYI

where is this going? note the byline at bottom

  58. What could have happened:

    1) All went as witnesses have said. LS left 5 North at around 4:30 AM.
    A) Ran into someone who got her to his/her apt
either willingly or forcedly; could be a fine
line, given her permission. No one saw this
encounter as it was off camera and there no
    witnesses.

    B) A car happened to come by and she got in
for a ride home, ride elsewhere or was
forced in the car. It would have taken an
instant and happened off camera. She is
no longer in the area within minutes.

    C) LS does not head home since she has no
keys, no phone and attempt to reach the
friend in her building with best chance to be
awake (4:15 phone call) did not answer.
She goes to someone else’s place instead.
Could be boy friends’ but his apartment
mates did not see or hear anyone coming
to apt or boyfriend leaving it, and the FBI
have questioned them and him about this.
Do not know if foyfriend’s place has
cameras to prove or disprove this theory.
Smallwood Apts do have such cameras,
if they are to be considered reliable,
anyone who was there those early hours
    has a “alibis” that way.

    2) She never left that last apt alive. Witness is lying.
    A) She was stuffed in a bag and witness or
someone else disposes of her. No one
    knows except witness and possibly
    other person(s) there
    B) Others are notified and body disposed of as
    a group effort.
    C) Witness who reports seeing her off has no
car of own to use, so he had to use some
    one else’s .

Whatever happened to LS had to happen in either of 2 ways. Whether she was beamed up by aliens or if the police are involved and took her from that last apartment, or whether white slavery dealers picked her up, one of those 2 things had to have happened. UNLESS that last witness is implicating himself for no reason, and LS never went to that apartment, but that makes no sense and that she was with that person is corroborated by several people early in the process.

The boyfriend theory is being investigated thoroughly as that is the usual way these things go down. BF is upset that LS is missing–this is a Friday and the start of IU partytime–goes out looking for her, going towards 5North since others have told him who she was with. Runs into LS en route.

But then if there was an altercation on the street, no one heard it. If he took her for a drive, it was not caught on camera. In fact, no proof he left his place, on foot or via car, and the testimony of roommates who are not close friends of his, seem to indicate otherwise. But, yes, it is possible, he slipped out unnoticed, saw Lauren, picked her up with his car, something happened….and…here we are.

But no proof to make anyone a suspect at this point in time.

  59. That photo, the overall attitude of these “friends” and BW’s use of the wrong pronoun make me question the value of an IU education.

    • Unfortunately, the students who attend IU from the East Coast, Miami, and Chicago are very, very different from those who come from within Indiana. It was odd for me as a student to feel like an outcast at IU when I was a born and raised Hoosier.

It is an unfair assumption to question an IU education when its quite obvious from these students’ open facebook profile pages that they did not attend IU for a top-notch education, but for the reputation it has as a Big Ten party school. There are very few pictures (completely open to public view on facebook) of any of those aforementioned POI that do not involve a party scene/alcohol.

    • You get exactly as much out of it as you put into it.

An IU education can be the equivalent of either community college or an Ivy League. It’s entirely up to the student, not the university.

      • Exactly. Also, I don’t think these things are a reflection on IU at all, as you will find students/people like this everywhere.

The pronoun thing really bothers me as well-it’s not hard to figure that one out, and yet…

    • I don’t know about you but my mother taught me that nothing ever good comes from keeping count and caring what others have or don’t have. Remove all context and really, you have a group of young people who are going to do what young poeple do. Unfortunately one of them went missing. This could happen to anyone.

    • We paid out of state tuition for our daughter to attend IU…she just graduated this spring….Overall we were very happy with her education and the many opportunities that were available…Don’t associate the whole University..(35,000 kids) with the actions of a few.

  60. This photo is quite the contrast from the one she posed for in lohud.com. In that one she’s wearing a nautical theme top that reads “Bonjour mon amour.” Maybe LS boarded a boat to a faraway island. jk

  61. When you hear now that apparently Rosenbaum’s old man is loaded, it means that now money is involved and every conceivable avenue to get him to talk will be closed down from here on in..

    • Most of the kids come from well to do families. The cost of UI for out of state and the rent those apartments cost, not to mention the cars the kids have, the vacations and opportunities are not for middle class families. That the Spierers have the wherewithal and the money to spearhead this effort including putting up that size reward money for info is a good indication of the type of wealth that is represented. I know the area where the Spierer family lives and it is definitely upper crust.

None of this is the issue in the primary focus of this, which is finding Lauren. Yes, the persons of interest, each of the guys immediately were assigned lawyers paid by parents.

The young man who reported to see LS last did give a statement. Don’t know what else the LE want from him that he is refusing to give. Maybe questions that he feels has nothing to do with LS, maybe questions that his attorney advises him not to answer, maybe a polygraph. That two of the young men involved did take polygraphs, give DNA and allow open search of their home and vehicles did not spare them horrible media and personal attentions. They have been harassed on line and in person for the actions and inactions that night.

There may be nothing more that this witness has to give LE. He may be truly no more involved than he says. We don’t know what he is refusing to do. I know that the FBI are out there questioning some of the students now away from school, but I don’t know if they have gotten access to that last witness. What is he specifically refusing to do? I know he is not talking to media, and he should not. He should not be discussing the case at all

      • You obviously know very little about Indiana University…To call it the “U of I” is referring to Illinois….not Indiana. It’s always “Indiana University” not University of Indiana.

      • True, I don’t know that much about IU. I made a typo on that post, however; I do know that it is IU and not UI. My brother lived in Indiana for several year and we visited him regularly, but he was in Indianopolis, so IUPU was the university I knew better. Was accepted to Purdue many years ago, but did not go.

But I do know that IU is a popular school for kids in our area. It makes a lot of kids’ college lists, My kids have dozens of friends who went there and we know a handful who are there right now. The kids who have graduated seem to have done well, at least the ones we know. I also know a number of musicians who went there as IU does have an outstanding music department.

Given that it costs nearly twice the amount to go to IU over our state schools, and IU is not big on merit money for out of staters, the kids who end up there from out of state do tend to come from well to do families.

  62. In a June 11th article in the Journal News in New York, the following was stated, “After the altercation June 3, Spierer and Rossman, a 21-year-old from Sharon, Mass., were seen on video leaving her apartment building about 2:45 a.m.

Spierer was seen a short time after that heading north toward Rossman’s building, police said. Her keychain was found the next day near an alley behind a building about 100 yards from Rossman’s building.

Indiana University student AJ Amin, 19, told The Journal News on Friday that he saw a small purple pouch with a gold key shortly before 3 a.m. that morning on the sidewalk near that building. He said he left it there and that a friend of his put it on a railing when he saw it there a few hours later.

“I didn’t know they were hers,” said Amin, who had not yet given his account to police. “” end of quote from article.

If this is true, three things really bother me.
    1. Two people who obviously had been in the area at that time and can offer substantial timeline evidence had not been interviewed or spoken to police 8 days later….but the journal news was able to find them.
    2. If her keys were lost at 3am, how did anyone that was with her after that expect her to get into her apt? Why would someone let her “walk home” with no keys to get in?
    3. It sounds as though the keys were reported to be found someplace else.

  63. someone posted this son legal pub saying they read Jesse wolfs facebook –

Good point, I have read his facebook posting someone posted and it is apparent that as of May 30th there seems to be trouble in their relationship as he is asking Lauren to re-friend him.

  64. I find it astonishing that total strangers seem to care more about this than this poor young lady’s circle of so called friends who have all left town or lawyered up or have asked to be left alone and have seemingly done nothing to assist. The boyfriend has never been heard from. The roommate is as callous as if this were some little game of hide and seek. The last person who claims to have seen Lauren just reeks of guilt in his actions and mannerisms. Not a tear shed, not a sign of emotion from one of these supposed friends. Very, very odd which leads me to conclude these are the folks the police should be looking long and hard at. These are just not normal responses to the loss of a friend.
